Services

At Alpine we offer a wide range of services and ensure we provide the correct advice to best suit our clients and the environment. We offer free, no obligation quotes and unbeaten customer service.
Our aim is to provide you with expert guidance and excellent recommendations, every aspect of the work that is required is clearly laid out with no hidden fees or surprises - what we quote is what we will charge.

Crown reduction

Crown reduction is one of the common techniques used today in pruning trees. This is where you cut the foliage from the outer edge into the crown, reducing the overall shape and size of the tree. When doing this type of reduction, ideally all cuts should be made to a bud or as close as you can to a partnering limb.

Tree Removal

Sometimes trees need to come down for various reasons, including being in poor health or causing danger to their surroundings. Development and other environmental changes also require tree felling to take place. We take care of the whole process to make sure the tree is dismantled safely, apply for permission from the council if required, and remove all the waste leaving the area safe and tidy.

Tree Planting

We love planting trees, everything from small whips, and hedges to mature trees. We take care of the whole process from sourcing to planting. Our expert team of planters sources the right types of trees, prepares the area for planting, and finishes with either topsoil or mulch. We work only to the highest British Standards and also provide an aftercare service too.

Deadwood Removal

This involves climbing around the entire canopy of a tree to remove dead branches that will degrade and eventually fall. It can be completed to varying specifications (such as large pieces only).

Health & Safety Surveys

We carry out surveys for Heath and safety purposes. Areas we survey include schools, housing and building estates, residential and business areas.
Regular inspections carried out by one of our qualified arborists means we can identify any risk and correctly assess the situation and provide you with the best course of action and maintenance plans to ensure both the area is safe minimizing risk and ensuring your trees are as healthy as possible.

Some Words from Our Clients

Home: Testimonials

I would definitely recommend Alpine Tree Services. They were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, tidy and easy to communicate with. They swiftly applied for our tree works application with the local council and once that permission was granted, booked us in for our tree to be pruned. They did a great job!
